Importing Staff

Save time by importing your staff name into DMSchedules. 

Create a CSV file with your teacher names, and email addresses.

To create a CSV file, export the names from your School Information System, or create the names in Excel and save the file as a CSV file.

The file should have 2 columns headings

  • Name (required, the name of the teacher)

  • Email (required, cannot be blank, valid email format)

The reason email is required is to match any existing names in other schools or academic years with a unique identifier. We do not send emails to teachers or share these emails with third parties.

Once your file is saved as a csv file, click the Import button on the Staff page and follow the on-screen prompts.
